These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Vial - GLP1 & Peptide Tracker, including related websites, app screens, and services that link to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using Vial, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

2. Personal tracking only

Vial helps users log and organize information such as doses, injection dates, symptoms, notes, weight trends, and reminders. The app is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your clinician before making decisions about medication, peptides, dosing, side effects, or treatment plans.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use Vial. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Vial complies with laws and regulations that apply to you.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you choose to enter it.
• Keep your device, account, and app access secure.
• Use Vial only for lawful personal purposes.
• Seek professional medical help for questions, adverse effects, or urgent health concerns.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features may be offered through an app store or payment provider. Prices, renewal terms, cancellations, refunds, trials, and taxes are generally handled by the applicable store or provider and may be subject to their terms. You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before completing a transaction.

6. No warranties

Vial is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that logged information will always be available. You should keep any important health records in a separate trusted location.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vial and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to the app or Terms

We may update Vial or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the app, website, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
